"Rooms are big and roomy however Valet parking was terrible better to avoid 2 morning in a row I called and asked them to bring my car around and bothe times they said yes however both times they didn’t go to retrieve car until I was there. Very poor service in Valet"

"Really wonderful"

"Complimrbtary early checkin with waiting in the lounge with city view."

"Staff were very nice and helpful."

"We had an apartment room with balcony, the room was very clean and although a busy part of the city, it was still quite. Staff were great and always helpful. Breakfast was first class. Loved the location, easy transport options and close to everything we love about Sydney. Thanks"

"Staff were very helpful and attentive. They immediately offered to help with luggage, offered assistance with internet connection issues and provided boxed breakfast for our very early departure. There were always numerous staff eager to help with an exceptionally pleasant attitude!"

"Fantastic View!! Walking distance to many city's attractions!! Clean&convenient!! But foods need improvement!! We will come back again!! It's one of very good trip !!' We'd like to spend more time here but we have to leave!! Good luck!'"

"Clean room and shops nearby."

"Very disappointing experience, especially for the price I used to love staying at this hotel. It was always a pleasure to come back, with a fantastic reception team, complimentary minibar and the overall experience you would expect from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, my stay this year was a huge disappointment. The rooms have been renovated, but nothing particularly impressive. Meanwhile, there is no bar, nowhere to enjoy a meal, and renovation work is happening everywhere, with workers...

"Rooms are very clean, staff were helpful. Coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, dryer was provided. Near to city attractions, most of them are in walkable distance. Coming to parking need to pay $65 per day - bit expensive but felt like it's worth. For breakfast we need to pay extra $50 per person per day."
