"Lobby visual looks nice and updated but rooms are run down and dirty! Seems like they had a lot of new people working or not enough help. Rooms at first seem clean when you first get there but quickly see that they do bare minimum. Seem like they quick clean not a deep clean. Floors were dusty dirty. Lamp shades caked on dust. Pool needs to be redone. The whole property needs to better maintained. One gave 2 towels at a time for the room. Called for more, never got more. It didn't ruin our vacation but definitely wouldn't stay again. "

"The place was dirty, and smelled really bad, the front desk staff was really friendly and I am sad for them that they work in such a dirty environment. There were bugs everywhere and when you walked through the hall the movement and vibration of your steps caused the bugs to bounce off the carpet. You get what you pay for though."

"Very old property in the middle of updates according to signage throughout but no other indicator of improvement. We were told to park in the back. We had our car broken into and robbed within 10 minutes of arrival and filed a police report. Cameras could not be immediately accessed so we had to leave town with no resolution. After this process we moved our car to the front since we were told the front desk “is manned 24 hours”. More on this later. We also noted the back door closest to our room was never actually locked, in spite of messages posted to the contrary. Y’all, the breakin and the unsecured door did not contribute to a restful night. Rooms were okay- for their age. We had to bring the febreeze in for a musty smell and to aid non functional bathroom fans. Candy on the floor and dusty cabinets left us wondering if the cleaning was done thoroughly? At check out we left our key card on the ***unmanned front desk on the way out to the car. We came back in the lobby several times for ice and trash disposal as we prepared to leave. I could hear a bell alert in the office each time I reentered. I finally needed a bathroom break and just reclaimed my unattended key card from the ***still unmanned front desk. Stay at your own risk. We won’t risk it in future."
