"Prijs is niet in verhouding met de accommodatie. Verfrissing nodig... het is geen 4 sterren hotel! Ik betaalde voor een Russische bad (160 BGN), het was eigenlijk voor één uur van sauna maar. "The location has easy access to a bus stop (right out in front of it) lots of food options within a 15 minute walk. Some parts of my room were updated with a more modern look. Just others had remains of what once was. There were 3 wall mounted light sources, non of which worked. The clothing cabinet doors were not set right (off the sliding hinge) and the mirror one had several cracks. The bathroom ceiling had outlines and stain evidence of mold that had been painted over. "Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view...

"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

"The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."

"A lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful . Place was very clean. I only gave 4 stars because there are areas that do need attention . The pool was amazing but the jacuzzi didnt really work. Its also apart of the pool . Pool was cold which meant the jacuzzi is cold too no heat . The steam room unbelieveable tho.
