Location was easy to find, staff were helpful, respectful and welcoming. Surrounding scenery and close by walking/running path lined with cherry blossom trees is beautiful. Would definitely return! "Property location is 10/10, which is the best part about this hotel. The rooms are extremely tiny, no amenities, the elevator is very slow and requires a long wait most of the time. The breakfast is on the 27th floor which provides nice views, but the selection isn’t great and the coffee machine had the “needs cleaning light” on all week. Coffee was undrinkable. Overall the hotel is okay - location is awesome, but otherwise underwhelming. "

"I enjoyed my time at this property. It was very close to the metro/subway, many restaurants, the room was large and clean, and they provided as much free bottled water as you wanted. The staff was also very kind and helpful. The price was definitely great and I will stay here again in during future visits to South Korea."
