"My mom and I's stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, property was clean and well maintained. Based only on preference the only things that we were not partial to was the lack of liveliness/music from the bar (which is good for those there for a relaxing vacation) and in the room there was no microwave or full length mirror. Aside from that the food and drinks were great and we had an amazing time."

"The front desk is amazing and very helpful. However, the employees in the restaurant seem disinterested to work. They are always frowning, never attentive and pretty cold. This takes away from the positives of the hotel. The hotel does not provide complimentary water too."

"The staff and facility was excellent. The cost for the trip was 5000 plus CAD for 4 nights is ridiculously expensive for low season. Dinner meals alone cost me $1468 CAD just for dinner and is nothing special. In addition the weather was terrible and lots of seaweeds so no swimming at the hotel. Alternative arrangements were made to swim at a sister restaurant."
