Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. "This was advertized as a 3 star hotel. That is a misleading description; at best, this is more like a 2 star hotel if that. There isn't really a hotel lobby, no physical help desk, no provided shampoo or bodywash, no closet, no in person services in general. The bathroom does not separate the shower, toilet, and sink as a 3 star hotel would usually do. As somebody described, it's more like big common rooms with individual rooms in them. "Good location 5 min walk to shopping center with 3 coffee shops and few restaurants. Pillows were little too firm. Mattress firm the way i prefer. Hot water dispencer in hall on each floor. Fan keeps room cool at night with the cool to cold night temperatures outside. Very basic hotel with all you need for short stay."

"The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. We may consider in staying Dear Dino again, if we want to travel to Cameron Highlands. Thank you. "
