Always love a citizenM. Chill vibe, always great staff, everything is made easy for sure. No different this time in Paris. My only observation was that the hallways and elevator and carpets looked like they needed paint and replacement.

Stayed in room, paid top dollar for New Years Eve weekend - the room was not cleaned . I requested a discount no response . If the hotel is too busy to accommodate the holiday they should have enough staff or not have booked rooms. They again charged my room for coffee etc after all the ...
