"Worst stay and experience I have ever had. Pictures are extremely deceiving… Upon check in, we get told the AC unit was not working in the entire property and it would get fixed another day.. so the receptionist said “just sleep with the door open” as if that was safe or even what we paid for. I’ve been days without any power and wouldn’t have a problem with it but when i’m paying what i’m paying for this “luxury” hotel, i would expect some type of compensation. "What a wonderful resort with beautifully landscaped grounds! The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. We would definitely stay again!"
