"Très bon hôtel, très propre, très bien entretenu. Personnel accueillant et aidant. A noter que lors de notre séjour il y a eu un problème avec l’eau chaude qui n’était pas disponible. Par chance il y avait la canicule alors l’eau froide sortait tiède pour pouvoir prendre la douche. Lorsque j’ai avertit le personnel le lendemain matin ils se sont empressés pour trouver le problème. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de m’offrir le déjeuner en guise de dédommagement. Très gentille action. Je...

"the location was perfect for us since we were leaving by train. the Hotel was modern, clean and the room and bathroom were well designed. And it had an elevator. I especially liked the bed's pillows, and the breakfast that had an amazing array of french breads, cheeses, fruit, coffee - the list goes on. I would recommend this hotel to anyone !"

"La navette pour l’aéroport est un service payant qu’on peut prendre à partir de l’aéroport et qui arrive à la gare tout près de l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas un service offert par l’hôtel et ça ne vous mène pas directement à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à un design moderne, le personnel est S-U-P-E-R! Nous avions pris la peine d’écrire à l’Hotel pour leur mentionner quelques détails et ils etaient prêt à notre arrivé! Il y a un ascenseur de bonne dimension. On peut y entrer 2 avec des valises!"

"The main hotel building as shown on the website was closed and looked unfit for purpose. A seperate Motel type Annexe was used for Rooms, as was a seperate building for the restaurant. Unsure what the main hotel block was used for but there were washing machines, for general use, outside the entrance. The Bedroom and Bathroom appeared clean but no A/C and with daytime temperatures around 30C, It was an uncomfortable night, even though an electric fan was provided. The whole place looked tired...

"All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you! In the extreme heat, room very hot during the night. Too much noise from street level .. loud voices etc .. didn’t sleep much. Again, great staff."
