Treat yourself to a fun-filled and action-packed day of outdoor pursuits at Parc Deltaventur Deltarium. This thrilling adventure and nature park hosts a variety of activities, such as paintballing, kayaking and caving on a site that covers more than 27 acres (11 hectares). It encompasses lagoons, a river, a nature park and hiking and biking trails.
Choose from more than 25 activities for the entire family. Experience the scenic majesty of the Delta del Ebro on a hiking expedition. Rent a bike and cycle along marked paths through the lush greenery. Guided excursions travel through parts of the delta that pass by dunes and lagoons. Venture into stalagmite-encrusted caves on a guided tour.
Challenge your friends and relatives to a game of paintball a minimum of eight players is required. Canoe and kayak along the River Ebro. Go scuba diving off the beaches of the Delta del Ebro. Lessons and courses are also available. Among the other water-based activities are paddle surfing and playing on aquatic inflatables.
Tackle the six challenges of the Multiadventure Land. These include the wood and rope Tibetan bridges, climbing routes and zip lines over lagoons. The circuit takes 2 to 3 hours to complete and is suitable for adults and children aged 5 and older or who are at least 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall.
Relax with a visit to the Deltaventur Nature Park. Observe waterfowl and migratory birds that flock to the lagoon. Wander through orchards and see goats and donkeys.
The adventure park is located in the middle of the Delta del Ebro, about 40 miles (70 kilometers) from the coastal town of Cambrils. Park for free on site.
Parc Deltaventur Deltarium is open daily from March through November, with limited weekend hours for groups during the winter season. Each activity has a different charge.
