Everything was fine and the hotel was convenient to my visits. But I did find the hot water to be on and off sometimes. Not really a problem since it’s generally warm outside.

Not a hotel I would visit again. It was a very tired place but will follow that up with it was a remote part of the Phillipines (north) and perhaps that is the general standard of hotels.
