"We had a great stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the free breakfast is terrific. We thought the staff were excellent as well. The location is very close to the backside of Disney, entering through the downtown Disney entrance. It’s hard to beat the price when you consider the location and free breakfast."

"I've had many problems with this hotel shuttle from LAX. I waited over an hour in the correct hotel pickup location for a shuttle that never came. As I was waiting, I called the front desk staff trying to get information and help but sadly, the staff doesn't answer the phone. I ended up having to take another more reliable hotel shuttle and walking a long distance with heavy luggage ."
