"Outside of the poor quality WiFi, the property is nice, and customer service was top tier from the front desk. The third morning (day of checkout), the dining staff (gentlemen) wasn’t engaging and potato’s were undercooked and yet parts burnt along with the eggs(browned)…. Looked and tasted rushed. The second day, the pancakes tasted like Perfume/ chemicals and the orange juice cocktail, and apple juice tasted like tea… otherwise the food was good. "
"Pasadena Roseanne Crown was great place because all the people in the hotel were better nice and the rooms are very clean. Prefer simple and good and the parking lot was very gloomy. I recommend this hotel."

"I have stayed at many hotels around LAX and this room was the best I have stayed in by far. The room was furnished and decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable, had a big TV, and the shower and the water pressure were amazing.
The negative was there was no lotion or mouthwash in the bathroom, only hand soap, and at 8:00am someone was drilling with a power drill right outside our room.
We prepaid for parking in the parking structure, it was a lot cheaper than paying through the hotel, parked...
