La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. The staff are professional yet friendly and accommodating, we were always well looked after at breakfast, at the pool and at the bar area. Food was delicious and wine selection was good. The staff helped us with a few crossword clues!
Our suite was large with a striking design, and just a step from the pool area. Room was incredibly clean, and plunge pool on the terrace was a lovely touch at the end of a hot day.

"This was a beautiful quiet hotel and it was a perfect location in Skiathos as you could walk to the town and beach!
The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay and always happy to help. Special shout out to the receptionists, Alice and Betty!
There are two little dogs outside the hotel who are owned by the building and they are so sweet and I loved seeing them every day, I could have taken them home with me! Be sure to take them a little treat in the morning ❤️"
"The staff was very helpful. Demetrios went above and beyond what we expected. Steep steps would not be ideal for everyone. My bad knees and age in my 70's was still able to do it. The Rock is a place I would recommend. View on the balcony was special."
"The staff and hotel are just wonderful they cannot do enough for you - the pool area is lovely with ballanise sun beds & lovely pool. The restaurant & breakfast is all freshly cooked & gorgeous. It is the staff including Kostos Nicki & Sitorius amongst all others just so welcoming & couldn’t do enough for you . Definitely recommend .. "

"Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future! "
