The grounds are spectacular and the staff could not had been more helpful or welcoming. Breakfast on the wrap around terrace admiring the spectacular views was an absolute pleasure. If you like traditional elegant hotels, this is a must."

"Oasis in the heart of Portofino. Steps from the port and lovely restaurants and stylish clean well run place to stay! My especially appreciated the beautiful breakfast beautifully laid out in the dining room. Lovely staff a great us having car park and kept for the night. Will definitely return and a huge thank you to all the staff."

"Great location between train station and downtown and ferry docks to Portofino, Fruttoso, etc. We based here to explore Cinque Terre, Portofino and Santa Margherita Hotel features an excellent gym, helpful and engaged staff, clean rooms, solid WiFi and seems dog friendly. The property is well maintained and looks much younger and hipper than the 20 years it’s been around. I’d definitely would stay at LHP again. Did not try food or drinks, but breakfast was 30 euros per person."
