"It was super busy when we went which I can’t blame the resort for but this hotel is very outdated also the weekend we went which was memorial weekend they were doing a bbq and charging $15 for a hotdog and you couldn’t bring your own food or drinks in. They were doing bag checks. I think the pictures make this place look better than it is. The bathrooms smelled and looked like they had a lot of water damage and the room just looked like it went through a lot. I think if they updated a lot of things this place could be amazing. It had a good base just needs lots of updates. It’s also not in the best location in my opinion. It was okay I wasn’t super blown away. I think the buffet breakfast was the best thing here but even there the service wasn’t that great."
"As soon as we arrived at the front doors they had ice cold scented hand towels they gave us. The front desk staff was very welcoming and informative. We loved our two bedroom villa and all of the swimming pools were super clean and heated, even for night swimming the pool stays open till 10 PM which gave us plenty of time to go after dinner and still enjoy the 4 pools and hot tub. They had so many different trees and bushes planted that made the outdoors look beautiful.
They even have bicycles throughout the property that you can use to get around and the breakfast was great every morning. We even had a really nice dinner as well. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend staying here. I will book again."
"As soon as we walked into the lobby, and for the duration of our stay, there was an overwhelmingly strong rotten egg or sulphuric smell throughout the main reception and throughout the hotel. We (as must have all other guests) asked the front desk receptionist about it and she responded like we were fussy or off-base. Hopefully it’s not a methane gas leak. Thankfully we’re gone now. Unacceptable given the choices of accommodations in this area. Avoid at all costs."
