"Clean and spacious rooms. The only downside was how rude the dinner staff was one night when the entire room was empty and I asked to use an extra chair for my purse, as they didn’t have a purse stool. 200 empty chairs and the one I used was taken away…
But, other than that we had an amazing time and really enjoyed the resort/other staff!"

"We loved every part of our stay at the Elysium. It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything from the room, the breakfast, dining options to the pools, spa and wonderfully helpful staff was just spot on. A fantastic hotel which I cannot recommend highly enough. 30 minutes before my departure, I realised I had lost a pendant. We couldn’t find it immediately but on my return home I received an email to say it had been found and would be posted to me. The hotel went above and beyond, I’m extremely grateful...

"It’s very substandard for a 5-star hotel and certainly not what I expected for £250 per night. The plastic flowers at reception were probably the first clue.
I’ve stayed in 5-star hotels in Greece before and genuinely loved the experience, so I do have a good comparison. Unfortunately, the breakfast here was very mediocre, and overall the hotel feels more like a cheap package holiday resort rather than a true luxury hotel.

"The hotel is at an excellant location. It was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We were really impressed with the hospitality and kindness of Eleni & Marcos. They were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend the hotel."
