A parte il phon che non andava e la musica a palla delle discoteche fino alle 3 di notte , non potendo chiudere le finestre perché non c'era l'aria condizionata , per il resto bene .🤗

Großflächige, gepflegte Anlage auf der Lava-Steilküste auf mehreren Ebenen, die über drei Pool-Bereiche mit Sonne und Schatten hinunter zu zwei Meereszugängen mit gut ausgestatteten Liegeflächen führen. Restaurant Scruscio mit sehr guter Küche, edlem Weinsortiment, aufmerksamsten Mitarbeitern und Meerblick mit grandiosen Sonnenuntergänge. Frühstücksbüffet ok, Zimmer top mit Balkon und Meerblick. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotel-Personal. Shuttle zur Stadt Pantelleria und zum Flughafen.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit gute Ausstattung. Strandnähe perfekt sowie die großen herrlichen Pools Mietauto anzuraten da das Hotel nur zweimal täglich Shuttle anbietet und andere Möglichkeit wie Taxi oder Bus schwierig zu handhaben sind

Lovely mature Italian clientele, peaceful, beautiful view, close to the sea. The room was perfect. The pool just a dream. Only criticism is nothing is presented in the English language and the menus is pretty fixed, vegetarians beware.

Albergo sul mare con una vista fantastica sopratutto sul tramonto. Ottima la possibilità di accesso al mare e alle diverse piscine. Camere comode con terrazzo. Personale gentile. Molte proposte di escursioni o attività. Quelle con Tonino sono il massimo.

Struttura senza ascensori e montacarichi poco idonea per persone con disabilità, inaccessibile a persone in carrozzina. Per il resto personale molto gentile e disponibile. Preferibile soggiornare con la formula bed and breakfast perchè non c'è un ristorante con menu alla carta ma un self service.

Pantelleria isola magica. Cossyra hotel punti positivi: struttura vicino al mare, camere pulite, 2 calette con accesso diretto al mare, 3 piscine delle quali una di 50 mt; personale disponibile ed attento al rispetto delle misure anti Covid-19; vicinanza ad un centro diving. Punti negativi:gestione un po'confusionaria; orari della cena improbonibili (gli ospiti del Cossyra obbligati a cenare alle 19.30 al ristorante del Mursia Resort i cui clienti invece cenano dalle 20.30); cibo da mensa aziendale. Non adatto a persone con mobilita' ridotta.

Ottima posizione

La struttura è un po datata, il condizionatore è centralizzato e dalla camera non si può regolare la temperatura, solo spegnerlo. Il servizio di colazione è lento perché non potendo più servirsi da soli ( per normativa anti covid), il personale non è più sufficiente e dovrebbe essere potenziato. Le piscine sono ottime e molto pulite, per il resto tutto ok......

Una struttura da vacanza molto bella ed accogliente. Dotata di tanto verde e diverse piscine, sia d’acqua salata che dolce. Reception molto competente ed accogliente.
