"Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was your typical Italian fare with croissants and other pasties, meats and cheese. Enjoyed the made to order cappuccinos. Great location with many restaurants and cafe choices outside your front door. No elevator, but staff will help with carrying luggage up the stairs."

"I don’t know if this is the case for all rooms, but in our situation it felt more like a shared apartment with strangers. We shared the same kitchen, while the bedrooms and bathrooms were separate. Unfortunately, the walls were not soundproof at all, so we barely slept during the two nights we stayed there. The floors also didn’t seem very clean, which made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. That said, the location is great and the price is reasonable."

"Big spacious clean room. Room was quiet despite being in the center of town. Central location between train station and cruise shuttle drop off/pickup site. Lots of restaurants nearby. Claudia was an extremely gracious and helpful host. She was flexible and arranged breakfast to accommodate our excursion schedules. We stayed four days between cruises and having previously visited Rome, explored the surrounding countryside."

"Don’t expect to be wowed at this hotel. Everything is pretty basic, but it was clean and the staff very friendly. We only stayed one night before boarding a cruise ship and it was ideal for that, but you wouldn’t want to stop there for a holiday."
