Well located hotel

The hotel we wanted to stay at Alona had no vacancy so we stayed here because of comments about the good breakfast, specially the french toast. The breakfast was just Ok and the french toast was not a french toast. It was good but I would call it for what it is: a banana sanwich. Defenetelly not a french toast ;)

Invisible reservation and lack of attention

The reservation made via Hotels.com was invisible on their system and I had to stay at another hotel with no prior notifications in the middle of Christmas holidays. The payment was made up front, and neither hotels.com nor the hotel takes responsibilities for the money paid for the stay I deserved. I possess audio record of the conversation with the hotel staff telling me that they cant view my reservation number as well as my name on their system. If this remains unattended I will raise this issue on public media and upload the audio files.

Loved it

The service was ok but should have been faster serving time in their coffee shop. Their FO were also very courteous and polite. Their breakfast could have bigger portion as what the picture showed on the menu though...

Not clean , low standarts nice staff

We had the switch rooms 3 times , one time we had a big stain on one of the beds , the second time the pillow was full of ants and had cockroches in the room and in the last room we had an un recoingezad bug but we were tired of switchiing rooms , at breakfest we found an hair on our food , other then that the staff is really nice and the pool is good but i wouldnt suggeset staying there

생긴지 얼마 안돼서 그런지 깔끔해요. 지름길로 가면 해변도 걸어서 몇분 안걸립니다. 수영장은 기대하지 마세요. 깨끗하긴 한데 너무 작아서 한팀밖에 못놀아요. 전반적으로 친절하고 좋습니다.

Amazing stay

For the price you pay, this hotel was beyond expectations. The hotel is ideally located a 5 minute walk away from Alona beach, and next to many restaurants and bars. It is 250 PHP from the ferry terminal in a tricycle, or around 500-600PHP in a taxi. The hotel is modern and new. The beds were super comfy. Our room was really nice and clean, with cleaners changing your towels and toiletries (provided) every morning. There is a safe and a hair dryer in the room also. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a jacquzzi outside for you to enjoy, as well as a restaurant and wifi in all rooms. The breakfast is the best I've had in a hotel. The french toast in particular, and the eggs were a good choice.They would also customize your order if there was something you didn't want or wanted to change. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Alona beach and would stay again if I ever came back to Bohol.

靠近海灘也非常新穎

房間較小 但仍算舒適。離海灘不會很遠。過馬路再走3-4分鐘就可以到達，早餐普普，飯店staff心情好像都沒有很好，較少看到開心的笑容滿面，較不像來到開心愉悅的熱情國家。整體來說就是一間很新的飯店

近 Alona beach

清潔需要再加強，總共在這間酒店住了三個晚上，第一天的時候發現毛巾上有污漬，第二天海上行程回來發現浴室排水孔上的頭髮沒有清除，水溫和水壓極度不穩定，水量小又會忽冷忽燙，希望未來能改善，撇開上述缺點，飯店人員友善親切，一大早出門跳島不需要擔心早餐問題，酒店提供早餐盒帶著走的服務

Veldig koselig

Hotellet var ett veldig koselig og fin hotell. Den passet for oss som skulle være i Panglao ett par dager for å dra til stranda, kose oss og slappe av. Veldig god service, de er veldig hyggelige der og hjelper deg med det meste. Rommet var liten, men bra nok senger og hadde gratis WiFi hvis du spør resepsjonen. Vi hadde litt uflaks med været da vi kom der, men ellers var det veldig fint å spasere rundt gatene og slappe av på hotellet basseng på kvelden. Mange restauranter der, også en del matbutikker.

Very recommended!

The staff is very helpful and accomodating, the room is clean and newly opened hotel , 10 ,mins walked to alona beach, the food is great. All i can say keep up the good work, twin tides, team. Maintained the standard.
