"Excellent!"

"Loved Merida and location of this hotel on main square was charming. The building is of historic interest but well converted and has all mod cons. Excellent breakfast, charming helpful staff. Merida is well worth a two/ three day visit- the amphitheater, Trajan arch, forum etc all v impressive"

"Friendly staff with breakfast, coffee, tea & cold water 24/7. Comfortable beds, a fridge and lots of TV choices in English. Handy location to a grocery store and nearby the old town area."

"The location was ideal and the staff were so helpful."

"Parking too expensive"

"Very close to the train station yet in a very nice and tranquil ambiance. Clean and agreeable. The staff is amazing"

"Aire acondicionado muy mal."

"O"

"The picture do not match the actual hotel, the pool is awful, the rooms are very old, and our room was smelly. Breakfast was okay not very good. I will not recommend it until it’s renovated."

"Great place in a very good location."

"Friendly staff and a beautiful property in a quaint little town."

"La verdad es que perfecto. Totalmente recomendable."
