"I’m just gonna get straight to the point. For check-in to be 3 PM, I arrived at 12:45 AM, which is more than enough time for the room to have been PROPERLY CLEANED!!! The room smelled wet!! The refrigerator was broken. It was stains on the couch !! Hair on the couch. The sheets had holes in them!! ..."
