This resort shows its age a bit but the grounds and pools are extremely well maintained. The beach is nice to look at but generally not used due to tides and rocks. Restaurants and buffet are good enough. It’s a $12 Uber to the old town section of Panama to mix things up. Bar staff can be slow, restaurant staff were all great. Shout out to Juan Pablo especially at the Oceania Grill. Overall, glad we chose this resort.

Excellent food - all restaurants and buffet. Room was clean and very nice. Pool area was great. Would be nice to have some shade/palapas and chairs on the beach for a quieter option. More shade in the pool area would also be nice. Loved the grassy areas as an option to lay with a towel. Staff were friendly but service is a bit slower in comparison to other resorts.

Very nice resort. Food was great and good variety. Very well kept and clean and all the staff is extremely friendly. The only negative thing is I wish they would have had better nightly shows. Restaurant staff and front desk were amazing! They helped with all questions we had and made our 3.5 year olds trip memorable. Ordering drinks was difficult as there were so many people just yelling and surrounding the area. Language barrier was sometimes difficult with drinks but bartenders were friendly. Room service was great and timely. Housekeeping was great as well and extremely friendly.

Room and the facility were exceptionally clean and well maintained. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Especial thank to bar staff in the main lobby and the master of ceremonies.
