"We had a massive suite which was upgraded for free (thank you to the staff) which was great after such a long journey by bus from the airport. There was a bit of confusion as we had a kitchenette and planned to make instant noodles from the shop next door, as everything was closed, and there was exactly 3 (three) knives in the cupboard and nothing else. The staff seemed very confused when I asked if we could get some forks and sent me back to the shop, who sent me back to the hotel. After a good 40 minutes one of the staff brought us the coveted utensils so we could eat at approx 1am. Aside from this everything was great!!"
