"The hotel was stunning and christmas festive. It smelled great. The room was beautiful, the hospitality was great. I was suprised with a birthday treat to my door and a card which was super sweet and an excellent touch. Everything was clean. Room service made my bed and changed my towels everyday. Staff was kind and helpful even with the language barrier( I practiced communicating in Spanish). Check-in and check- out was easy and quick. My birthday accommodations were amazing. I was very thankful and comfortable. "
