It was okay, The room was decent. I did have it to myself which was nice. I was not used to self service hostels so it was a little confusing when I got there. ALSO, the map took me to a similar address on the outskirts of town. I was happy I arrived in the daytime. A very kind local took me all the way back to the proper address! ❤️

Easy, Clean and Safe

Visited for a day while traveling and found the hostal clean, safe and nice. Great parking area available as well, that was a real bonus. Thank you. All check in instructions were easy to follow.

The accommodation itself was very good BUT: 1). The hostel is a full 20 minutes walk from the historic centre, 30 minutes from bus station & 20 minutes from train station. Moreover, it is not easy to find or navigate AND is in a less than salubrious area on the edge of town, behind a petrol station on a small industrial estate. The most direct walking route into town includes a poorly lit& wooded park area. 2) The pre-arrival information was non-existent, despite requesting and as per other reviews and confirmed by other guests we met, the automated unmanned check-in was difficult and the attitude of the girl who answered the telephone was bad. She could not wait to end the call like we were the ones with a problem. And this was in the afternoon, so God forbid you try to arrive and check in late at night. 3) The noise of water flowing whilst other guests showered in the very early in the morning was disturbing but maybe that goes with the territory. In summary, we loved Pamplona but would not stay here again despite the good bedroom. And would certainly not be to recommend to a single traveller, especially a girl on her own

parece um lugar bom para se hospedar durante alguns dias, mas é muito desconfortável no sentido de nao ter nem um mini frigobar ou microondas. nao da para guardar comida nem manter a bebida gelada.

Horrible

Hôtel bas de gamme, tout juste le niveau d'un Formule 1 avec douche dans la chambre. Moisisure, lumiere defectueuse, literie horrible. L'emplacement dans une zone industrielle peu rassurante. Bruyant ! On a été réveillé en milieu de la nuit par l'alarme du garage juste en face de la chambre et le lendemain très tôt par les marteaux-piqueurs des travaux. Je ne comprends pas les notes sur cet hôtel???

Nos alojamos en una habitación cuádruple amplia, limpia y tranquila. Además, el hostal está muy bien comunicado con autobús hasta el centro de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.

Limpieza bien, falta de mantenimiento en las puerta de entrada, pero sobre la falta de comodidad...no tenía cortinas la habitación. Teníamos una farola alumbrando todo el tiempo, orientación este...apenas hemos descansado.

No es lo que esperaba

No sabía que no había recepción y el check-in se complicó algo. Menos mal que sí que cogían rápido el teléfono y se pudo resolver, pero es incómodo. Habitación sin nada de decoración y no cuidada al 100%.

El alojamiento es confortable y bien en limpieza, pero es terrible hacer el auto-checkin en la puerta, a oscuras, lloviendo y teniendo que sacar del bolsillo el dni, tarjetas y que la pantalla no es ran tactil como se presume. Debieran de dejar gacer el checkin en una cabina estilo a los cajeros automáticos en la que estés protegido y te puedas cerrar, con timbre de emergencia y cámaras con avisos disuasorios. De no ser por ésto que me parece vital, el hotel está muy bien aunque se echa de menos un humano ahí dentro , que lo mismo hay alguno de guardia cercano, pero no lo sé.

Mala elección

La ducha tenía un montón de pelos largos de la anterior huésped en el desagüe.La mampara estaba muy sucia y el colchón con una mancha enorme, además de ser muy duro e incómodo porque se clavaban los muelles. Las almohadas muy flojas, teniendo que ponerlas juntas y compartirlas y la luz del pasillo entra por el cerco de la puerta, además del mínimo ruido. A las 22:30 llegó un grupo gritando por los pasillos hasta la madrugada y al no haber recepción, se sentía mucha inseguridad. Entre unas cosas y otras, no hemos dormido ni descansado. Para ir al centro de Pamplona hay que coger un autobús porque está a 45 minutos andando. Al estar situado en las afueras y al comienzo de un polígono industrial, cuando regresamos a las 22:00 horas las calles estaban solitarias y daba bastante miedo. Pagar 99€ es demasiado, no vale ni la mitad.

Muy buen hostal, pequeño y en buenas condiciones Deberían comunicar el código de entrada a través de la plataforma y no en correo independiente. Aun así, lo solucionaron muy bien Es auto check in, con una pantalla automática, pero el servicio via telefonica es excelente
