Nice location within walking distance of most of the sites you’ll want to see. Kitchen was nice to have. Nice hot water in the shower. Walls are thin. You will hear every word from your neighbors.

Nobody at office on arrival..nobody answered either phone number..we were tired and had to wait 2 hours..there were keysafes but no message to collect our key from safe..very poor checkin

Tuve necesidad de hospedarme una noche más en Pamplona, no lo tenía planificado. Este fue el único lugar disponible cerca del aeropuerto de Pamplona. Llegué casi a media noche y no había recepción, la dirección que dan no era la dirección de la habitación. Solo llamando logré que me atendieran y la logística para llegar al lugar es compleja y engorroza. No me gustó. Después de media hora logré llegar a la habitación y está era muy cómoda y limpia pero el proceso para llegar ahí fue demasiado considerando que estaba cansada y frustrada.

Bien en general. Lo único a mejorar es la televisión. Muy pequeña y no se veía bien. Faltaban canales básicos como Televisión Española y los que había se veían mal

Payer une nuit pour rien

Très décu de cette 1ère expérience. Pas de code de la boite à clef, il a fallu téléphoner 3 fois, whatshapp... pour avoir enfin une réponse plus de 30 minutes après. Crayant une arnaque j'ai été réservé dans un hotel plus loin. L hote devait annuler ma réservation afin de ne pas être débitée, j'attends toujours !! A fuir

Lo grande que era la habitación aunque los baños eran compartidos nunca hubo cola y siempre limpios Vista magnificas a través de yna Gran cristalera con una maravilla de terraza, la limpieza debajo del sillón cero resto bien no vi a nadie del personal ni cuando entré ni cuando salí y eso que dejé las llaves en horario pero....no se dónde estaban ...un poco lejos del centro pero hay paradas de bus alrededor... Yo lo hice todo caminando es mi pasión.... Estuve a gusto... Me encantó mi estancia gracias

Me gusta su precio-calidad. No me gusta que no me avisen si no van a estar presentes en su recepción al mediodía para hacer el check in. Ha habido ausencias del personal durante esa franja (12.35-14.00) y no han avisado. Cuando utilizo el servicio ya suelo presentarme a las 16.00h y evitarme incomodidades. Parece un negocio en transición hacia agencia de viajes como indica su publicidad expuesta, tal vez ese sea el problema. Es una lástima pues ofrece el mejor precio-calidad de la ciudad.
