Le gerant a changé ma chambre triple par une double sans me rembouser quoique se soit. Il n a rien voulu savoir et surtout a tout de suite demandé à ce que je paie son petit déjeuner alors que celui ci etait 2x moins. J ai trouvé cela miniable et je l ai fait entendre. Il a alors menacer d appeler la police. Vraiment experience assez epouventable à cause decher que la différence de prix.

Belle surprise, Calme, Chambre très propre, juste en face de la gare. C'était une bonne surprise ! J'étais en déplacement et j'avais pris cet hôtel pour le côté pratique mais je ne regrette pas.

Peut mieux faire

En apparence la chambre correcte, on aurai dû inspecter car notre petit fils 8 ans passe son chausson sous le lit, pour le rattraper nous levons le cache sommier et à notre surprise un amas de moutons (poussière) se cache sous le lit de la tête au pied.et l'autre lit pareil. A notre signalement on nous a répondu "on fera remonter l'information" et pas une excuse mais : "je ne vais quand même pas fouetter la personne. je n'ai pas eu le réflexe de faire une photo et je le regrette.

Peut d'intérêt, à ne pas renouveller.

C'est dans un contexte spécial que j'ai pris possession de ma chambre de cet établissement. Pour commencer, il n'y a pas de parking et l'on doit trouver une place sur la parking de la gare qui esr, surchargé. Ensuite tout se passe par téléphone et je n'ai au cours de mon séjour vu ou aperçu aucun être vivant de l'établissement. Les chambres et l'hôtel sont ancien, mais confortable. On regrettera le manque de climatisation qui m'a obligé à dormir la fenetre ouverte, avec le bruit de la gare dans la chambre.

Hôtel à côté de la gare

L'hôtel est à côté de la gare de Pamiers ce qui est très pratique. Chambre confortable. L'établissement propose également de la restauration.

Je n'y retournerais pas

Je dirais que je ne retournerais plus dans cet établissement. La ventilation de la salle de bain n à fait que tourner en permanence. Les chambres sont trop petites et il n y a même pas la climatisation et j ai passé 2 jours avec des degrés au delà de 35 à l extérieur. J ai trouvé un petit ventilateur dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner pas trop varié il y a même des moucherons autour de la machine à jus de fruits et personne dans l établissement pour vous accueillir. Les repas sont chers pour ce que l on a dans l assiette.

La literie était confortable Les horaires d'ouvertures ne correspondent pas aux heures données par le site Hôtels.com Le responsable très froid au téléphone et peu arrangeant ( revenir à l'ouverture de 17h30 pour la remise des clés). Linge de salle de bain dans un état très douteux ( serviettes blanches à l'origine sont jaune urine) Coussin avec croûtes de peau séchées incrustées Tache d'urine sèche sur le dessus de la lunette sanitaire à notre arrivée Agrément 2étoiles périmé depuis 2016 Donc tarif de 95€ la nuit excessive pour l'état général de l'établissement

Il y a une différence entre "vieillot" et en mauvais état ! Un matelas très largement usé - affaissé, des taches sur le plaid, des traces sur les murs, une salle de bain délabrée, des serviettes jaunies, une paume de douche très entartrée et en mauvais état, l'eau qui ne s'évacue pas de la douche...
