"Our experience at Leland hotel has always been top notch! The room is clean. Parking is easy. Check in and check out are smooth! The staff is always kind and accommodating. I would definitely encourage anyone to book here if they want a nice place to lay their head!"

"First night we were there we got in late and they gave us room 130. I had my daughter and two grandsons with me because we were going to the children's hospital. Needless to say the my grandson dropped some water and when I went to wipe it up on the floor the towel turned dirty because the floor had not been mopped. The bathroom door was broken and would not lock. We shut the lights off to go to bed and you could see outside where the door shuts. The next morning I complained to the front desk (Victor was working) and he apologized and said he could put us in a different room. I said that’s fine so I checked the new room (rm 124) out and it seemed to be cleaner. We moved all of our stuff into the room and then my daughter went into the bathroom and saw there were pincher bugs in the bath tub. I became very upset because my grandson just had surgery and having a dirty room was not good. So I went to the office and told Victor I had enough of this place and I needed to leave this property to go find a clean place for my family. Victor stated he would refund me and at this time two days later I still have not been refunded. So to anyone looking for a clean place to stay I would check out your room before having your family stay here. The sad part is its very expensive in this area and this hotel had decent prices."

"I was a bit put off by my initial view of the place. I think it lacks curb appeal. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms have clearly been renovated and felt modern."

"The property itself is nice, but there were a few issues that affected our stay. The walls are quite thin, and the hotel is loud. Because the property hosts events like wedding receptions and conferences, there were many people walking the halls late at night and early in the morning, and we could hear every single word. The room above us had a crying baby, and the lack of sound insulation made it feel as though the noise was coming from inside our own room. We also had a disappointing experience at the pool area. It was quite chilly, and the heaters and fire pits were out of propane. Since our kids were excited to swim, we asked staff if the heaters could be turned on. We were told they would take care of it, so we ordered food and planned to enjoy the patio restaurant by the pool. However, after 20 minutes, nothing had been done. We asked again and were told maintenance was on the way, though the staff member seemed irritated. After waiting an additional 30 minutes with no update, we followed up once more and were met with further annoyance. By the time maintenance finally arrived, our kids had already gotten out of the pool, and we ended up taking our meals to-go because we were too cold to stay. It was disappointing, especially since we had planned a girls’ weekend and booked multiple rooms specifically to enjoy the pool, outdoor patio, and restaurant. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fully use those amenities due to the lack of functioning heaters. "
