"This is such a beautiful and unique hotel. Very kid friendly, but still giving off an elegant vibe for the adults. The well curated art collection throughout the property and grounds, along with a beautiful koi pond and friendly ducks, made this a very peaceful stay. We will be back!"

"We are in our 80s and the room we had reserved, with the larger King size bed, was on the second floor. There are no elevators so we ended up requesting a room on the first floor, which had a smaller bed. Not in any way a deal breaker, but it would have been nice if we had been offered a credit for the difference in cost. In all other respects, it was really nice. The second time we have stayed there. We often go to Palo Alto and this is easily the best value. We will definitely be back."

"The complimentary breakfast was very good and a definite plush. The room was very nice, although the street noise a little disturbing, a factor out of out of the hotel’s control. My main complaint was the softness of the mattress which prevented a good night’s sleep, since I have a bad back. For that reason, I will not be staying there again."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’d definitely return. The room was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptional—attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. They even went above and beyond by placing a dog bed and dog bowl in our suite for my chihuahua upon our arrival."
