I love the quick check-in process that you can do online. It says a lot of time upon arrival. The staff were more than welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. Room access with excellent and the bed with the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a long time. I will definitely be stay here again. This is quite the gem. The renovation of the property was fantastic.

Excellent stay and for us it was not the first time. Location is really walking distance to the best of what PS has to offer in restaurants, bars, shopping , cultural life- Theatre Plaza and Museum of Art- etc. Clean, spacious and minimalist designed rooms with a mini fridge, coffee machine and everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Easy parking on premises, complimentary coffee every day in the lobby. Very pleasant and helpful personnel at the check in , accommodating our needs, specially I have to recognize Paulina for her professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend this place if one is looking to spend some time in PS without breaking the bank but at the same time in a place comfortable and friendly.

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in downtown Palm Springs. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The swimming pool was great with plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas for everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Updated property with onsite areas to hang out with lots of tables, football and microwaves. Great location and short walk to downtown. Only thing odd was team member knocking to ask when I was checking out. I told him 11, which is the checkout time - and he kept asking if I was checking out at 11. If I stay there again I'll add a note to exterior door stating what time I'm checking out!

The property overall was remodeled and was very clean. The pool area was great, the staff were very friendly and the location was perfect. The actual rooms were outdated and bedding was scratchy. With a little upgrade to the rooms this place would be amazing

We did not receive the room we booked. The door was hard to open and didn’t have the security latch, it was obviously uninstalled for painting because you could see the holes for it. No power outlets near the bed but i can’t blame the hotel for that. The fridge was adorable, wish we could’ve taken it home.

Overall the room was clean and the beds were comfortable there was no closet and no dresser so storage was really hard basically you lived out of your suitcase if you were just there for the night that would be perfect but for the weekend for an event you're living out of your suitcase
