Room was clean, pool and spa were great as we had everything to ourselves since it was a Sunday evening. The staff we did speak to were all great. Just overall, the premises don’t feel like a resort, more like apartments. The pool area we were at, had a bar with lights on and music, but no bartender was ever there. I would stay there again but only if the price is right.

We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, always greeting us whenever we passed by. The pool and hot tub were easy to find, and we loved being able to enjoy a swim, even during Christmas when the temperatures dropped. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. We would definitely recommend this place. Oh last thing, I loved that I was able to text the concierge whenever I had a question versus calling or going to the front desk. This was a big plus for us!

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly. Only 2 comments, the room was not cleaned unless I called and asked for them to clean it. And the food in the restaurant was not very good. Selection was minimal. Other than that we would stay there again. Pool is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riviera Resort. The food was delicious and service was great. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area is awesome. Lots of places to lounge and has a great vibe. Nice pool bar for cocktails with great staff.

We really enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Staff was so nice. And while we knew they were on the brink.of a major resort upgrade, we still think they have kept the property looking good, despite its age. We had a nice dinner, delicious cocktails and found the room very comfortable. The Saturday morning manager was also kind enough to let us back into our room after early checkout when we failed to get on our flight standby. We appreciated the extra sleep. That's true hospitality.

Very nice place with great staff. Security was very friendly and professional. So much history at this place. Great food options without having to leave the resort. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Second night multiple guests checked in near our room screaming, slamming doors, that went on until almost 2 in the morning though security was called twice. I appreciate security trying, but it made for a rough night. Pool is very nice, great staff at bar... this visit the music at the pool during the afternoon was not the best for the crowd that was there. Reggaeton all afternoon just didn't see appropriate for the crowd. Was here 4 weeks ago for 4 days and this was not the case. We come here often and enjoy the pool, but the very specific music choice made it difficult to enjoy.

This is a basically good place. Pluses: aesthetically pleasing, soft bed, decent shower, decent rates. Restaurant food was tasty if limited and service was good. Wasn’t able to take advantage of the spa or other facilities so can’t speak to those. Minuses: sheets weren’t cotton and felt stuffy, AC worked but was unable to point towards the bed so could feel it everywhere other than there, and bathtub drain kept unsticking so kept draining - aka older infrastructure. Also no room service and you have to specially request housekeeping services
