A lot of kids. Pool is only half usable because it’s 8 ft deep on one end. Why?? DJ and pool bar but not adult vibe it’s odd. Seems catered to parents who want to party while their kids swim? Expensive for what the rooms are and the facilities are. Nothing special really you can get the same thing for half the price elsewhere in Palm Springs. $25/hr for late checkout and you have to get a new key from the lobby. Pool is only in the sun the second half of the day. Odd pool seating layout. Beds are comfortable.

Really nice boutique property. The bed was great and the shades were nearly blackout. The design was mid century modern with slight updates. One note, the a/c unit was a little loud. But in Palm Springs I’m sure it’s working overdrive.

A few hiccups as they transitioned owners it seems (no WiFi for a few days and some problems with the door keys) otherwise it was a great stay and a beautiful property. Kind of underrated for a boutique hotel in the area. We will definitely be back!

A most pleasant two nights

Would definitely stay here again. Clean, spacious room mostly updated. Good sized balconies overlooking pool. Tons of seating options around the pool and a bar. Small but delicious breakfast menu. Fire pit at night. Some of the kindest hotel staff I have encountered in recent years. Very responsive when something was needed. Very happy with our 2 night stay

Great Visit

From the moment I checked in I was given amazing service. Vanessa at the front was very friendly and helpful. I had a dog and she made sure everything was sit for the pup. William, the manager came out and also helped. Christine assisted when we needed something for the room. The room was very clean and the parking very easy.

Don’t let the bad reviews dissuade you!!! I’m not sure if previous reviewers were expecting the Ritz Carlton but this boutique hotel was wonderful for us! The room was super clean, staff was very kind and helpful. They did a phenomenal job creating a welcoming vibe, the design and details are stunning. Would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is not a four stars hotel, it was loud all night with people coming and going and talking extremely loud. The room was barely clean, very small and decor was poor. The rooms aren’t attractive and comfortable. It is extremely overpriced in my opinion and we won’t go back. Such a disappointment. First time I have been that disappointed when booking on Expedia

A pit stop from the Bay to AZ

The hotel was just rebranded. The room was nice, and very clean but did not have cable or satellite tv, it had Apple TV, and the tv wanted me to sign in with my Apple ID and that made me uncomfortable. I did sign into a couple of apps, but was careful to sign out. The bar was nice and had great foood but really needed a tv, football was on. The employees were all very nice and helpful and the free coffee in the am was a nice touch. The pool and pool bar were very cool, I did not get to enjoy them, as I just stayed there to get to get some sleep and rest. I was on my way to AZ, with all my stuff because I was moving. It was awesome they accepted pets!!

Quick overnight stay

Bikes need to be replaced, they are pretty old. My friend and I rode to That Pink Door which was only a 6 min ride. Room could’ve been a little cleaner, I hate seeing hair in a room. I came in from LA and my friend came from Dallas, first time in palms for her so I wanted it to be enjoyable.

Cute and affordable

Cute and well priced, stayed with some friends and had a good time. The only issue was it felt like the staff may still be working out some of the kinks of service. Food orders were forgotten or extremely delayed, some staff didn’t seem to totally know how to do their job. However, they were all very nice and helpful. Overall, it was still a good experience.
