Very Cozy, Quiet and Private Boutique Hotel

My husband and I stayed here for 4 beautiful nights! A clean, quiet, and comfortable boutique hotel! The pool and spa were exceptionally clean and well maintained with clean towels always available! Nice fireplace by the pool! Wonderful and tasty breakfast included was a nice touch. Enjoyed the spacious room with a private patio! Very close to downtown! Thank You so much Jim for your service! We will be back for sure!!

property has been sold but continued reservation

I received my confirmation Tuesday before our check in Saturday... the place was being painted and closed BECAUSE the property had been sold! NO NOTIFICATION to us and it took a little over an hour to find another property comparable. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of communication

This was the most relaxing vacation! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and crystal clean. I have already planned two more stays at Avanti this summer. We met some wonderful people. The pool is FABULOUS I will recommend the Avanti Hotel to all my friends.

Everything was great! Fast check in, room was small but okay for 1 or 2 people, a small private back patio area, and pool and jacuzzi were great! I loved that it wasn't a party scene at this hotel so it was quiet and relaxing. There's only about 10 rooms so there wasn't a lot of other guests. And breakfast vouchers included for Ricks restaurant was a plus. I would deff. Come back here again!!!

The room was clean but there were several spiders in the room. At the end of our stay the bathroom sink had a leak. On site management is friendly and helpful. We stayed in the suite which was comfortable but next to the jacuzzi. Keep in mind if people are in the jacuzzi you'll hear them. What I liked was the kitchen and back patio. On the down side, the pool was not heated and too cold in spring time to get in but we did enjoy the jacuzzi. An upgrade I would suggest is glassware and not plastic in the rooms.

I liked that the property was small, charming, private and quiet. The hot tub is outdoors, it's clean and open 24 hours which we used at night. There is a nice pool with chairs all around. I didn't see many of the other guests. The location is close to the main street N Palm Canyon Drive. Long street to walk down and see many restaurants, stores and art galleries.

This will be my forever favorite place to stay. Covid clean and socially distanced, but no restrictions that impacted my stay in any way. Jim, the owner, is by far the best I’ve met. Accommodating, friendly, readily available, but not intrusive at all. This 11 unit boutique hotel will exceed the expectations of even the most discerning. I stayed in #11 with a kitchenette. The unit is exceptionally clean, spacious, perfect kitchenette with bar supplies, ice machine a few steps from your door, rain-head, glass doored tile shower, very comfortable king bed, powerful overhead fan, AC that I never needed because of the cross breeze from the shady back patio, beautiful pool and romanticly and modernly appointed hot tub. Inwas often the only person in it. The pristine and cool pool has plenty of lounge chairs spaced safely apart in pairs so you can relax next to your partner, but comfortably away from other guests. Gated and secure. I never felt a need to lock my unit even. Lovely, shady back patio. Plenty of self parking, only a $20 uber ride and quick, pretty walk to fabulous restaurants and a fun downtown. It’s one of those places so magical you really don’t want to tell anyone! I highly recommend!

Ice cold pool

The pool water was not heated and they said they don’t heat the water for December - February, which is lame as nobody can swim in that ice cold water. The facility is charming but showing some aging. With a little bit of TLC, it will be cute again but no swimming in the pool is a huge disappointment.

Adorable Hotel!

This wonderful property was so quaint. From the minute we pulled up to the front of the building to the courtyard style pool to the afternoon cocktails. We would stay here again in a heartbeat & highly recommend!

This is an older property, so there were a few signs of wear, but it was well-maintained and clean. Also, because it is a smaller hotel (only about 10 units), it lacks some other amenities you would find in a larger facility. That said, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the property was quiet and peaceful, and the staff was exceptionally kind. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We just had a one night stay at the Avanti but we found it to be a delightful place! Our room was spacious; we had a small kitchen as well; there were free snacks in our room and a "happy hour" by the pool. We would definitely stay there again. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Cute revamp of old motel. Bad weather prevented us from using pool. Extremely casual vibe from manager. Our room near entrance was very loud...no soundproofing at all. Luckily there was almost no one there during our week stay so it could have been worse. Felt overpriced for what we got.
