"Stay at Westerly was amazing. The staff goes above and beyond in every aspect. Also extremely kind people. Everything is very clean and all furniture/appliances are new. Another plus is that the beds are very comfy. The food was amazing and drinks are even better. They pay very close attention to detail and want to make sure you have a stress-free vacation. "From the time we arrived until the time we left, we had an amazing stay. The staff was always very friendly and willing to wait on your every need. They were super helpful if you had a question or need, such as advice for activities, getting taxis, or squeezing you in for a couples massage. "Hotel very well presented, still looks new, room was very spacious and quiet, with kitchen sink, microwave and coffee machine. Good choice of food and drink at breakfast and staff work hard to keep it replenished and tables cleared. Pool is a good size with pool bar and the private beach is very peaceful, with roped-off swimming area and staff to help with sunbeds. "Great location and gorgeous beach, however the resort lacks amenities. No sports bar, no activities room (e.g. pool tables, foosball tables, shuffleboard). Also the hallway carpeting is old and dirty and they use a strong chemical detergent to try to mask the smell. Food at restaurants very good however they have to start using a reservation system instead of having people start lining up before 6:00 to enter the restaurants. The STAFF absolutely fantastic across all areas."

"The breakfast was made to order but don’t order anything extra or you will be charged. The hot tub was not hot but it did bubble. After 3 days the room was not tidied up. We had to ask for fresh towels but the linen was not changed. The employees had nice personalities but the service did not match."

"This place is an absolute dump. No running hot water at the bathroom sink faucet, no it water at the kitchen sink and water pressure so low in the shower it will not rinse off soap. We left the facility for dinner came home to find an inch of water on the bathroom floor and at the end of the beds. There were flying ants all over and sugar ants on the beds. "We had such a great time staying at the Divi. We stayed in a one bedroom in the main building everything is beautifully updated and clean! The pool area is so spacious and you didn’t ever feel like there were too many people even though the front desk said they were at 80% capacity. The beach was great and clean it was so easy to get chairs and palapas you could easily sleep in a bit and get a great spot even at 8am.
