"I have stayed at Modern several times and it's such a great stay. The staff is accommodating and the property is quiet and close to everything. Few mins walk to the beach and Marriott high rise and Ritz. Beautiful outdoor oasis. "

"Room was good,staff not very responsive,not being informed before they give you an answer. One of the bedrooms was locked and i had to call them come and unlock it because i had paid for. Pool area was good,staff at the bar next to pool were ok with few exception,there was a happy hour time-i ordered a dring few time around 20 min before the happy hour ended and thay charged me as i had ordered out of that time because they did not deliver the order within the time frame so by the time.i...

"The breakfast was made to order but don’t order anything extra or you will be charged. The hot tub was not hot but it did bubble. After 3 days the room was not tidied up. We had to ask for fresh towels but the linen was not changed. The employees had nice personalities but the service did not match."

"Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was amazing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in was a breeze. We were greeted right away by Ashanti and Patricia with champagne. Our room was ready as soon as we arrived. We were having trouble with our internet and maps. We text the hotel and immediately was text back with directions to the hotel. Cynthia and Bryan were BEYOND amazing. Bryan helped us pick places to eat that were not on our list of "must eat" places. They both treated us...

"The property was very well maintained. The room was a little stuffy when we arrived but the odor went away shortly after. Carlos and the cleaning ladies were awesome, very helpful and always available. The room was all we needed, microwave, small fridge, smart tv , coffee maker and free WiFi. Private pool and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Great location, short walk to the beach."

"Furniture in lobby was stained due to being fabric which means it’s not easily disinfected. Baseboards in room and bathroom were dirty. Rug in living area of room had stains. Refrigerator smelled terrible. The actually room surfaces, linens, furniture was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "
