"All in all excellent, ticked absoloutely all boxes for our requirements. Needed a "Staging Post" as early check out from holiday accomodation and very late flight time. On arrival reception staff very pleasant and helpful, in fact our room was ready for us earlier than normal time. Ground floor room, so no problems with heavy suitcases, very pleasant garden and clean pool with basic loungers and shade if required. "Breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better—central and easily walkable to Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Onsite parking was a big plus, and we never had trouble finding a spot. Service was excellent, especially thanks to Petros. But our absolute favourite part? The sweet house dog! "

"It was a great hotel close to Balos and Elafonissi beaches. The hotel was really clean, but there was some funky smell close to our room when we opened the door. The pool was nice and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The waves were a little harsh, but really great. "

"Property was clean and accessible to old town Chania. It is a great location and the view of the harbor was wonderful. We were in the "Duke" room which was more spacious than the "Lord" room my son rented. There is no elevator at the property, You must climb stairs and if you rent a car there is no parking associated with the property. Street parking is crowded and limited"
"We had a phenomenal stay here. Complete luxury. Beautiful private rooms, with amazing terrace area with private pool. Food served to your room was fantastic quality. The staff could not do more for you, we were even brought complimentary wine to our room when our evening meal took slightly longer than expected. Reception staff gave great recommendations of where to go/explore/eat. Overall an amazing relaxing stay in a gorgeous location with lovely staff who are a credit to the hotel. "
