"The Hotel was nice but could use some lights, It is very dark, The room was dark and I had a hole in the wall by my side of the bed. For the amount of money I spent and the size room, it was not worth the extra cost. i had to ask or take from the cleaning cart a floor mat everyday,There are no wash clothes for your face? For asking for a family room I have a view of the air conditioner. Breakfast was very good with a lot of verity. The eggs should be served hot but I guess this is a European...

"Excellent location. Staff was wonderful. We stayed in No. 9 - beautiful spacious room with comfortable bed. Air conditioner in room functioned well. Very nice breakfast. Host went out of her way yo be helpful. Hotel is in walking distances of main sites in Palermo."

"We selected this property due to the excellent proximity to restaurants and shopping and the cathedral. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of this property. Alin was helpful getting us to our fourth floor room and acclimating us with the hotel. Our room was 50 steps up in the hotel does not have an elevator. FYI. There is a lot of noise outside of the hotel, if your room faces the street. We had daily bedding but no new towels or housekeeping the entire three days we were there....
