"It was a nice hotel. The front desk was very helpful."

"Poor rooms with. Fungi on shower. Stains on the walls and sink table. No bell boy. No room service after 9. Any thing u ask for they don’t have. No water for free. Breakfast is very limited in variety. Food its self not tasty. Photos on site misleading. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Staff mist of them rude except for restaurant staff are helpful. Had to ask for everything not provided in the bathroom and get it ur self from reception. Overall i paid for four star hotel and its bearly 2 stars...

"L'emplacement est ideal pour le centre de Palerme. L'hotel est très bien entretenu, propre, bien équipé et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux sur la terrasse panoramique. Le seul inconvénient actuel est l'absence d'ascenseur...mais les travaux sont en cours pour sa mise en place. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !!!"

"We stayed in hotel for 3 nights, staff were excellent everywhere reception restaurant bar especially Tony and Guiseppe were so nice, we had drinks at bar and they make us feel so welcomed, and talked to us just great.. We already looking for next time when we travel to Italy and stay there … Really recommended"

"I appreciate a service of Giada a lot. We arrived late at 22:30, and missed the reception opening time and her message in Expedia. Though Giada picked up our call, and instructed us to get the keys of our room. The keys of AC are not in the key ring but she delivered to our door. Breakfast is in a nice room near the entrance. Only thing is, we accidentally walked through the markets at night which is a bit messy and chaotic. Can try to avoid that area at night if walking to hotel."

"Terrible dated place with old furniture and dated bathrooms. No view and people walking past your window outside. Staff don't smile and are generally unhelpful Definitely not a 4 star hotel also really far from all the amenities and center"
