"This hotel is old world elegance with wonderful amenities. From the minute my cab pulled up I was treated with respect and courtesy. My room was lovely, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The staff at the front desk made sure that I had everything I needed. Breakfast was a wonderful event and I hope to visit again!"

"The hotel is just two blocks off of the pedestrian only old town area. The rooftop breakfast dining room with indoor or outdoor seating options was a beautiful, yummy and refreshing place to map out the day. There are loads of nearby, restaurants in old town and tons of shopping ranging in the spectrum for price and quality from souvenirs to home decor . The staff was very helpful in recommending day trips and activities. Our room was small, but very clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern. They have AC and elevators."

"The staff were fabulous! The room was somewhat spartan and it was always clean and cared for. It would have been helpful to have a light in the closet and at least one more wastebasket would have been helpful so that there would have been one in the bathroom and one near the desk/bed. Gabriel was a fabulous manager and helped in ways that were above and beyond while I struggled with a sprained ankle."

"The Staff were wonderful and the front desk people were really helpful. There is a taxi service that you have to pay for to get too and from hotel that they send you but it was so much easier than Uber! They did have Air Con in the rooms you just have to let it rest for a little bit other wise it will just blow air. Just turn it off and on again it will turn back on. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Really loved the coffee and the food. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as we were here for a conference but it looked very pretty. The ocean view room was worth it."

"Had an issue with the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were extremely rude when directed by management to rectify, but the management and reception staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make the situation right. Cannot complement them enough and gives me confidence that similar issues will not arise in the future. Breakfast was great and property overall was well-maintained."

"The hotel is amazing by itself bedsides it being walking distance to everywhere located just in the heart of Palermo . The atrium is gorgeous , we found ourselves gathering there after a day in the town . It was very relaxing with music and you do bof feel crowded as it has so many nooks and places to seat families together . The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable with all amenities being provided . The A/C. Works very well too"
