The mattress bed sheet is a bit uncomfortable. Got some allergic reactions from it and went to the pharmacy, they told me it’s most likely the quality of the bedsheet. Other than that it’s good. The service is great and breakfast was good too especially the ham!

It's a nice hotel near the harbour and the city centre can be easily reached by public transportation or car. Staff is very helpful and friendly, spoke good English, as well. A buffet style breakfast had a good variety of food, in overall it is proportional with It's price and star rating. Actually its beach is a small cliff which is probably not suitable for swimming, however it's beautiful. In summary, we had a really positive experience as a family with a 13 years old boy. If in the area again, we definitely would stay here. 😊

For one night ok, we had s room on the ground floor to the street with only little daylight due to shutters that weren't easy to open. Else the place was ok, with a nice park on the back and friendly staff

We dinned at the hotel restaurant, halfway through our meal some guests from other party started to smoke, one even smoked a cigar, which prompted us to leave immediately. I get nauseated at the very smell of a cigar. The restaurant manager should have put a stop to them.

Struttura vecchia e poco pulita. Le stanze attempate e con arredi vecchi, doccia con muffa e poco pulita, tapparelle piene di polvere e letti poco comodi. Sala colazione attempata con pochissima scelta di prodotti che per il 90% sono confezionati e non fatti al momento. Deludente perché dalle foto che propone Expedia è tutta un’altra cosa. La tassa di soggiorno non è quella dichiarata al momento del contratto con Expedia ma è aumentata dicono dal primo luglio 2025, 4€ per stare in una zona limitrofa di Palermo lontano dal centro e senza auto non puoi arrivare da nessuna parte. Sono davvero deluso dal sito Expedia perché dovrebbe valutare meglio le strutture prima di pubblicizzarle

Comoda per chi deve imbarcarsi perché ubicata a circa 5 km dal porto di Palermo che si raggiunge facilmente percorrendo la strada costiera; purtroppo parte della zona è degradata. Ampio parcheggio privato gratuito. Camere comode e pulite. Ampia sala da pranzo. Cibo ottimo. Personale GENTILE, ECCELLENTE quello di sala. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Struttura consigliata. 👍

Cet hôtel est un bon choix pour ne pas circuler dans Palerme en auto. Le tram est à 10 minutes. Vers la gauche de l'hôtel il n'y a rien, allez plutôt vers la droite pour les restos. Pas de plage

Det var veldig mørk inne i hotellet og rommet som vi hadde var mørk også. Det virker som hotellet var en sykehus eller sykehjem før som brukes i dag som et hotell. Frokosten var ikke bra. Ansatte kan være hyggeligere. Ikke fornøyd med stedet i forhold til prisen vi betalte for.

Evitate questa struttura. Se siete fortunati, al peggio, vi ritrovate con teste e banchetti con musica ad altissimo volume sotto la finestra. Dovevamo restare per una notte dovendo partire la mattina presto e non ci hanno fatto chiudere occhio. C’era un evento proprio sotto la nostra camera. Al check out ho espresso il mio disappunto per quanto accaduto e il personale della reception ha testualmente riferito: “il proprietario fa orecchie da mercante”. Purtroppo avevo già pagato con carta di credito, altrimenti non gli avrei dato un centesimo. Evitate questa struttura, come la peste.
