"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. A classic, old palazzo, beautifully restored, right in the center of Palermo. Very clean, very comfortable, good sized rooms, quiet air conditioning, and fantastic views from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Be sure to have a drink in the bar with Robert, a true professional with an engaging personality with amazing stories to tell Very highly recommended"

"This is a grand central city hotel with the usual European accompaniments well presented. The staff was great, the room comfortable, the breakfast fantastic. Enjoy Palermo from the Grand Wagner"

"Managed apartments, not a hotel. Reception was closed very early so nobody to help. Breakfast was at cafe next door. Rooms were clean, large and great views."

"The staff at check-in was very helpful even though he spoke no English we were able to communicate effectively and he helped us to figure out our parking spot in a private lot, which is definitely a challenge in Palermo! "The breakfast was good. It was clean. The hotel was super clean and all the staff were wonderful. Was it a great spot? Nh Palermo? I highly recommend."

"This hotel is fine. It wasn’t as nice as in the pictures but honestly if you’re going to be there just for sleeping it’s perfect. It has everything you need and the staff is great. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel I would say pick something else but something easy conveniently located and average it’s perfect. Especially for the price."

"Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here."

"Really enjoyed our stay, very central location so was some noise but glazing amazing at keeping it to a minimum. Lovely room and balcony and such a nice area to make coffee and have a lovely little pastry. Would definitely recommend to others"
