Mejorable con un mínimo de interés

Parece el apartamento que dejó en herencia alguien mayor y que han alquilado tal cual, con cero cariño. Han comprado un par de muebles y unas lámparas, y ya. Conserva la roña en las juntas de la ducha, el fregadero que originalmente era blanco tiene el fondo marrón, el sofá cama está roto y hubo que usarlo sin abrir porque si no vuelca, en el armario falta una barra y no se pueden colgar vestidos o prendas largas, las cortinas arrastran, no se han molestado ni en meterles el bajo, el parqué está desgastado y tiene láminas sueltas que hacen claclá al caminar sobre ella, la fregona también debe de ser la original del piso... Hicimos fotos pero la plataforma no nos permite añadirlas en este momento. Y luego hay otros detalles que no son responsabilidad de los propietarios pero que buf, como que las vistas del dormitorio dan a una ruina llena de palomas, una se debió de enredar ayer en un cable y esta mañana el cadáver se balanceaba delante de la ventana, o que los vecinos de abajo no tienen fieltros en las patas de las sillas y cuando llegan de madrugada el ruido que hacen al moverlas te despierta. El acceso al llegar parece un scape room, y ojo con el garaje, entrar y salir es difícil con un coche grande.

La ubicación esta alejada del centro, en una zona industrial, aunque parece una zona segura y se aoarca bien

La habitación está genial, amplia y limpia, lo único que se echa en falta es una nevera en la habitación. Se encuentra en un polígono por lo que no hay problema de aparcamiento y la ciudad está a unos 25 mins caminando.
