Points négatifs: une heure pour trouver le lieu du check-in (dans un hotel qui porte un nom différent), obligation de mettre un bonnet de bain pour accéder à la piscine, mais surtout, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé sur Hotels.com, l'appartement n'était pas climatisé. Seule une chambre était équipée mais le "climatiseur" ne rafraichissait qu'à peine la chambre et faisait bcp de bruit. Dans la deuxième chambre à l'étage...

The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. "Great location for Palau harbour and we could walk there easily and felt safe. Property is a little old fashioned, but clean. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall for the value for money it was ok. We were given a semi basement room which smelt musty and i asked to be moved which we were to an upper room that was much nicer, but ti is very old fashioned."

"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
