"Really enjoyed my stay at the Zocalo Central as a 1st time visitor to Mexico City. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many interesting sites and a great starting point from which to explore the historic district. Service at the hotel is wonderful. Everyone is kind and helpful. I became ill during my stay and needed hot water to make a cup of soup: thank you to the lovely young women working at the reception desk on the 6th floor bar/restaurant who helped me. "I love the room we stayed, it was nice and quiet, even if we the hotel is right on town where there is a lot of expected noise.
One thing I would recommend is to apply something to the wooden floors, it can cause an accident to someone walking with socks, the floor was very slippery. Other than that everything was excellent. "
"The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. "
"The box beds are great, really secure. They also have lots of daily walking tours and activities. The main downside is you need the window open and the street is noisy. This didn’t bother me but if you need quiet, this wouldn’t be it. I loved my stay and would love to go back."
