It was a really nice hotel, very big but accessible, very fast lifts. Limited vegan options but I managed to fill my stomach at every meal satisfied and the food was nice. Staff were friendly and polite

Amazing time

I went for a relaxing time and that is what i got, the hotel is clean and comfortable with lots of space by the pool and beach, the food was amazing and the entertainment was good. The price was incredible for an all inclusive so was very surprised at the great quality.

Fabulous family resort!

It was so much more than we expected. The hotel itself was clean, food range was brilliant and the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate the needs of our daughter who has autism. We will be back as soon as posisble!

This hotel is nice but definitely a work in progress. The staff are friendly but very limited as at times there were empty bottles and glasses left on the side for hours waiting to be collected. At the time of our visited the gym and sauna were under construction. In my opinion the safety railings should be much higher than where they currently are at waist level

The wifi Connection was terrible. Even sometimes no Connection at al in the room. This is unacceptable for a Four star hotel!!!

Lovely 5 night stay, heated pool JUST warm enough

Very nice 5 night stay. The heated pool was however not quite as warm as we hoped; I believe it was set at 24 degrees which when windy (which it often is in Fuerteventura!) isn't particularly warm; it's okay if you keep very active but we got cold splashing around with our child. For comparison, went to another place (in Marrakesh) where the pool was 30 (though that is very warm!). Large choice buffet & great quality but they need more coffee machines at breakfast, queues were ridiculous. AI was pretty good, included a few cocktails too. Fairly eco friendly with the reusable plastic cups but no recycling options/bins in room or around. Some areas could do with touching up (the large skip with old trees in wasn't very attractive).

An OK hotel

Overall the stay was average. We booked for a week in an apartment over Christmas. We had a big tree covering the entire balcony (which was very tiny), so we had no views at all. We requested for a change since the day we checked in and the reception service was so poor I had to visit them almost 2 times a day before they finally find a room for us. After 4 days of our 7 days trip we were changed to a very small room. Reception service was very poor, staffs were not helpful at all. On the flip side all the other staff, restaurant, bar, kids club were all great. Entertainment was good so as the kids club and the pool. If you want to use the Jacuzzi, Sauna or massage book well in advance otherwise you won't get any slot as they are very small. I can understand why this hotel has got 3 stars in the review and I wouldn't give anything more than that. Location wise its brilliant as most of the facilities are walkable.

Hay pocos trabajadores , no dan abasto, en el bar de la piscina nunca había de nada , siempre la Máquina estropeada, en el buffet se acababan los vasos limpios y todo y no se reponía quedando aún casi una hora … no es culpa del personal es culpa de la empresa debe contratar más gente y la Limpieza igual…
