The Faro Jandia is a lovely, great value, hotel in a great location with a lovely beach and excellent hill walks. Great food and great facilities. Staff are helpful, professional and friendly. This is a hotel that cares about it guests. We arrived late at night after dinner had ended yet they put on a lovely meal for us. We left very early, about 1.5 hours before breakfast but they put in an early breakfast for us. Report a maintenance issue (we had one small one) and it was sorted ASAP. This was our second stay and it was even better than iur first. We will be coming back.

Super Lage! Riesiger Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Superior Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Liegen. Am Pool immer genug Liegen frei, das „Reservieren“ der Liegen wird vom Personal aktiv eingedämmt.

A great place to stay.

A lovely hotel in a lovely place. Great value for money. Staff excellent, really nice, friendly helpful and professional. Definitely a hotel we we return to. Big shout out to Ivan on reception, very helpful chap.

The cleaners did a good job. The waiting on staff were generally terrible (complaint had to be put in for one of them) and the entertainment was very poor. Add in the fact a very dated and sexist policy that meant to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel all men had to wear trousers and you can see why the low stars for the review.
Very poorly equipped gym.

Mit Ausnahme des Spa-Bereichs sehr empfehlenswert

Essen ist ok. Betten sind ok. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Leider gab es im Spa gerade Sanierungsarbeiten, was diesen Bereich ungenießbar machte.

Essen Abends lauwarm. Abendessen kein 4 Sterne Niveau. Tennisplätze waren mit Katzenkacke verschmutzt. Taubenkacke auf den Sonnenschirmen. Fliesen am Swimmingpool sowie Liegen und Beistelltische werden nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Personal sehr freundlich. Bar sowie Alacard Restaurant sehr gut.

We had an excellent stay. I discovered this hotel almost by chance through an Expedia recommendation. Visiting Fuerteventura wasn't originally part of my plans, and I knew nothing about this hotel. After reading about it, I decided to book it, and I do not regret my choice at all. The hotel is quiet, clean, and very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated having the choice between relaxing at the spa, with its indoor pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna, enjoying the outdoor pool, or spending time on the beautiful beach. The all-inclusive package was excellent. The bar offered a great variety of drinks throughout the day. Lunch was good, although the à la carte menu became a little repetitive during our stay, while the salad buffet was always fresh and enjoyable. The dinner buffet offered a wide selection of dishes every evening, so everyone could easily find something they liked. We had a small issue with housekeeping, but it was resolved after a few requests and did not affect our overall experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel left a bottle of wine in our room. Although I do not drink wine, we truly appreciated the kind gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Great hotel in a good location

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a great location for access to the beach and for walking along the promenade.The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, always jolly and hard working. The food was very good with lots of choices, was not always very hot. The only thing we were disappointed with was the evening entertainment, if you enjoy lots of guitar playing you’ll probably enjoy it.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Twice with our children and this time as a couple. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are fantastic, the choice of food in the evening is great and the breakfast is a very pleasant experience on the terrace outside, overlooking the pool. Of course there is the usual number of people reserving sun loungers in the morning but there are plenty for everyone especially if you have other things to do in the day as well as enjoying the pool area., the resort seems quite remote but that is part of it’s charm, you can get a transfer to and from the resort and just enjoy what the area has to offer.

The property was very clean and staff really helpful. I have no idea why someone else found them unhelpful. They even do a turn down service in the evening with a chocolate, which is lovely. I couldn’t give them higher marks. The staff were very attentive and polite. The room was big and balcony great. Perfect view of the sea and lighthouse. I asked for a quiet room before going and they did exactly that. Beds were comfy, with one harder and softer pillow to allow for all tastes. You are able to walk right out onto the shopping arcade and all the facilities. Brilliant for disabilities as there are no steps. Just a short walk from the boardwalk to the beach which also makes this accessible for wheelchairs. Lots of lovely squirrels which are very tame on the way through. There is also a promenade on the other side of the road which you can walk, cycle or other along to the other end of the beach. We were a little worried there would be road noise, but we heard nothing. There is evening entertainment if you are interested. Breakfast was decent with all of what you would expect. There is also a mini golf place if that tickles your fancy. We didn’t use the spa so cannot comment. I would go again.
