Staff seems minimal as there was no one to register us or other guests who had been waiting before we arrived. "Séjour agréable, la résidence de plein air est agréable et bien entretenue. En revanche, on a eu beaucoup de difficultés à les joindre car il s'est avéré que leur box était HS, pas possibilités de faire les CB, (caution et paiement), et on n'a pas pu du tout joindre l'établissement pour préparer notre arrivée, et cela nous a valu des sueurs froides, car on ne savait pas comment récupérer les clefs -, sachant que c'était un dimanche . On a dû changer notre agenda, pour arriver pendant les heures...

"We checked in late but Christophe was waiting for us. The property is beautiful, well maintained and very quaint, typically French which was just what we wanted. Our room was fabulous, beautifully decorated and welcoming (warm and cosy). Breakfast was continental and filled us up for the day ahead with breads/yoghurts/cereals. This a small family run hotel which suited us well and we will definitely recommended to friends and family. One small thing to note is the availability of restaurants...

"The property is really quite special and the owner is lovely!! It is in a region of France I didn't know but a friend was getting married nearby so the location of the property was great! I would only point out that to get to our room (and there are only 3) is two flights up a winding staircase so perhaps not great if you have any problem with that. Otherwise it was lovely!!"
