"This hotel was clean, staff were nice, and plenty of good restaurants and sites to see within a short drive. Walls are a little thin in terms of noise but I personally didn't mind."

"First the positives. The bedding in the room was clean and the towels were clean as well. However there weren't any wash cloths available. The floors in the room were very dirty, looking like they hadn't been mopped in weeks. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. And the bathroom walls had dark smearmarks from someone's dirty hands. Our stay was beyond sub par, the owner's/managers should be embarrassed to present a room in that condition to their customers. And the sidewalks outside the rooms hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It was almost more disgusting than the room was. It was the most disappointing stays I have had at Quality Inn. I would like to say that the free breakfast was another huge disappointment. The coffee machine was broken, no coffee. The waffle machine was so messy we didn't even use it. There was no attendant to restock items or clean up. The name Quality Inn should be removed from this hotel. I really regret staying there."

"They had no warm water in the shower and when they called they said to keep the water running and we waiting AN HOUR until it started to fluctuate from cold to warm… terrible breakfast, worst hotel I’ve been to."

"Overall good experience other than we had no large bath towels but did not realize til morning. Went to front desk at 7:00am but but closed, same at 7:45am. Needed to be on the road by 8:00."

"Horrible disgusting hot tub. I reserved mainly to sit in it to relax. Dirty and jets were very bad - spewed water everywhere. Room was clean. Minimal towels and only one wash cloth was allocated. When we book for two people they should give two of each towel at a minimum."
