"Convenient, clean, great price."

"The restaurant was so mismanaged.. Waited for staff to seat us, then waited forever for a glass of wine. Than at checkout, it was a cluster.. They had difficulty separating 2 checks at the same table.. Total cluster.. We were told our room would b ready at 2:30, finally at 5:00 we got our room key.. Would never recommend this resort.."

One complaint- directional signage to your room is awful. Listen to the desk clerks directions and make sure you know where to go. The signs will drive you crazy!"

"If you want or need "fancy", Punatea Village may dissappoint. But if you insist on charming, pleasant, beautiful, and inspiring, you'll love this place.
