"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. I was checked in three hours early and was upgraded to a large suite. It was clean, convenient for getting off the cruise ship and the staff were very friendly and welcoming!"
"Stayed 8 nights at the Hilton in September 25 and felt I made a great choice. Longer than most who stay but a luxurious base for me to visit Moorea via ferry on 2 separate day trips. I walked to the ferry in 20 minutes as an active man in his late 50s. Restaurant choices are excellent in house and breakfast was outstanding with a Polynesian music group to greet you most mornings.The standard of the rooms,pool and bar area was most definitely 5 star in my view. "
"We always stay at Kon Tiki in our cruise travels - it is a block away from port, and if we stay before/after cruising we can be across from Moorea ferry... the staff/everyone is so nice, and when we need to wait, their waiting area has water/coffee, they now have a nice lunch/snack restaurant... perfect!"
"This is a great location to get to the Ferry…the Breakfast is wonderful. Most of the Staff is very good. The bedroom and all is clean and good. I had a problem with my bed it seems like there are wires out and when I got up I got hurt in my head from the lower bed… this was my third night there and this is the first time it happens… they need to check on this… I also had a problem with a Staff Member… sometime in the future I will let them know… other than that is very good"

But its personnel are the highlight: Jaze, Mere, and Vairea, who run the front desk and attend to all the amenities, always with a smile and good cheer, always helpful, and always available. The property also offers very affordable car rental to explore the island as well. And the owner himself will take you to the airport (for a mere $20) at whatever hour you need to go, even...
"The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is older but the rooms are large and adequate. The airconditioning and draperies (completely dark) were excellent. Very clean floors, white linens, bathroom. This was perfect for my needs. However, the location is on the edge of the port/tourist area of Papeete so it's a 10 minute walk to the central area for shops and eateries. There was no balcony or swimming pool which are not expected at this price point."
